Referral Information Directory – Available to provide referring physicians with important contact numbers, including the Patient Access Center, CHOC Specialty Clinics and CHOC Specialists locations.
Referral Guidelines – Available to assist referring physicians in the evaluation and management of pediatric patients. Updates, as well as additional specialties and diagnoses, are added regularly.
