The 2013 Physician Engagement Survey will commence May 13, 2013 and conclude June 9, 2013 for both campuses – CHOC Hospital and CHOC at Mission Hospital. Don’t miss this opportunity to provide us with your valuable input, which will allow CHOC to
further strengthen and improve its programs and services, to better serve you and your patients!
In early May, you will receive a printed invitation from Morehead Associates, an independent research firm, with the on-line survey, containing the survey link and password. Please be assured that your responses will remain confidential.
